How much is an airport transfer in Sydney?
One-way fixed fares start from $88 in a sedan, on the Inner West to Sydney Airport run of about 8 km by road, and from $119 to Western Sydney International, on the Penrith to Western Sydney Airport run of about 24 km by road. An 11-seat maxi van starts from $143. Every fare includes typical tolls, the $1.20 NSW passenger service levy and GST. Your exact fare is calculated from your pickup address, and we confirm it with you on the call before you pay.

GOVT
Government levy
The NSW Government's $1.20 passenger service levy applies to every booked trip in the state. The same on every fare, passed on at cost, shown as its own line.
The total is rounded to the nearest dollar and shown GST-inclusive, with the GST component (one-eleventh) itemised. A return is priced as two separate trips — the way there and the way back. Booking by the hour uses a set hourly rate per vehicle instead of distance.
About the government levy: every booked point-to-point trip in NSW — taxis, hire cars and rideshare alike — carries a $1.20 passenger service levy set by the NSW Government. We collect it with your fare and pass it on; it isn't ours to keep or discount. It shows on your breakdown as its own line so you can see exactly what's the fare and what's the levy.

Waiting policy
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting measured from your flight's actual landing time — we track it, so early and late arrivals sort themselves out. Home, hotel and office pickups include 10 minutes. Beyond the free window, waiting is charged at $1/minute.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup; 50% refund up to 4 hours before; no refund inside that window. These apply once your trip is paid; until then nothing is booked. To cancel, reply to our call or email bookings@wsitransfers.com.au with your name, mobile and travel date. Full terms are on the refund policy page.

Pricing questions
Is the fare really fixed?
Yes, once it's paid. We confirm the vehicle and the fare with you on the call and send a secure payment link; once that's paid, that's the price — traffic, weather and airport queues are our problem. The only thing that changes a fare is you changing the trip itself.
Is GST included?
Yes — every fare is GST-inclusive, with the GST component (one-eleventh of the total) shown on your breakdown and receipt.
How does waiting time work?
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting from actual landing time (we track your flight). Home and hotel pickups include 10 minutes.
What's the cancellation policy?
