Sydney Airport has three terminals — T1 international, T2 and T3 domestic — so your booking carries the flight number and the driver goes to the terminal the airline actually uses. There is no train to WSI yet. Five bus routes serve it every 30 minutes, 5am to 10pm daily. The free WSI Link shuttle also links St Marys station to the terminal.
